Everyone was having a great time as the weather cooperated for most of the day at the 11th Annual “Taste in Fenton “at the Fenton Community and Cultural Center, sponsored by the Fenton Regional Chamber of Commerce. Hundreds gathered to enjoy the delicious offerings of several participating restaurants and food vendors.

There was good music to hear, fine arts and crafts to view and to purchase, and a variety of thirst quenching libations to go with the delectable assortment of available foods. This year’s event saw the addition of a pie eating contest, with a winning prize of $500.00. Even the smallest participants had fun activities to keep them occupied, such as a bouncy house, put-put golf, and even a water ball contest, courtesy of the Fenton Fire Department.

Shelly Day, President of the Fenton Regional Chamber of Commerce stated that there are some “Taste in Fenton” visitors that come every year. “It’s like a family reunion” Day said. Let’s take a look.
